Olivia Hernandez, Department Coordinator
A graduate from Western Career College, Olivia has been with Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center for over 8 years. A registered veterinary technician, Olivia helps manage the technician training program and is a department lead for the technician staff. Olivia's special interests include dentistry, anesthesia and feline medicine. Her hobbies include scrapbooking and reading. She lives with her three cats Sachi, Leche, and Angelo.

A Cal Poly graduate, Cari Holmgren has been a staff member for over 7 years. Cari is in charge of managing the hospital operations and staff. She currently lives in Campbell with her husband and two children, and their two labs Sage and Remi.

Christina Keas, Hospital Manager
A graduate from CSUH with a degree in psychology, Christina has worked for Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care since its inception in 2000. An integral part in the growth of the hospital, Christina has held various leadership roles including reception, veterinary technician, and hospital supervisor. Now in charge of human resources, Christina helps manage over 80 employees. Christina lives in Oakley wither two little girls, husband and their two dogs.

Miles Lendway, Client Service Representative
Miles has worked throughout the hospital as an exam room technician and a receptionist since he started in 2005. He now manages the customer service department on nights and weekends. Miles is currently going to school for court reporting and enjoys hiking, dancing, reading, and hanging out with his four dogs Biscuit, Chia, Amigo, and Leelah in his spare time.

Renee McComb, Department Coordinator
A business major and a long-time veterinary technician, Renee McComb has been with Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care since its inception in year 2000. As the departmental lead for the hospital, Renee is in charge of the entire Admitting and Technician staff. Renee's particular interest in veterinary medicine is saving lives by applying her experience in emergency and critical care. She also enjoys working with clients on behavior issues and preventive care. Renee lives in Danville with her dogs Moto and Roo. Renee spends her time away from work volunteering for Sonrise Equestrian Foundation, a foundation that rescues horses and pairs them with special needs children. She has since adopted a horse named Decor from the organization.

Tracey Quartaroli, Marketing Manager
Tracey is a graduate from San Jose State University with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. She has always had a love for animals and began volunteering for local animal rescue organizations over 10 years ago. Her passion for animals along with her experience in marketing made her a perfect fit for Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care, where she has been a member for more than five years. In her spare time she foster's cats and kittens, enjoys gardening, reading, playing tennis and spending time with her family. She currently lives in Livermore with her husband, two children, their dog and 4 cats.

Anjela Rocha, Technician
Anjela brings over 20 years of veterinary technician experience to her position at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center. An employee since 2006, Anjela assists the doctors in a technician capacity as well as organizing and managing the evening technician shift. Her specialties include dental cleanings and extractions, pulling blood and taking x-rays. An avid Yankee fan, she enjoys spending time with her dad, her dog Jorel, three cats Unity, Lex Luther, and Mystic, and her leopard tortoise Fiona.

Erin Selby, Communications Coordinator
Erin joined the team at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care in 2002 as a receptionist. She went on to coordinate the phone room call center and now assists in the organizing and management of hospital communications and marketing. In her spare time Erin enjoys reading, crossword puzzles and trivia games. She lives in Livermore with her cats Toby and Lucy and dog Chelsea

Kristin Unger, Assistant to Dr. Cain
Kristin has been with Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center since early 2006, working primarily with Dr. Janice Cain. She has been active in conformation dog shows for over ten years, showing Dogue de Bordeaux, making her a perfect match for Dr. Cain's reproductive clientele. She can be found assisting in reception and treatment on days that Dr. Cain is not in the office. Kristin lives in Walnut Creek with her three Dogue de Bordeaux Poppy, Ryder and Wally.

Margaret Urquhart, Hospital Administrator
Margaret is a graduate of UC San Diego and Purdue University. A member of Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care since 2001, Margaret's passion for animals and veterinary management has helped shape the hospital into one of the largest veterinary practices in the Tri-Valley area. A veterinary technician for more than 10 years with experience in emergency and critical care, she has managed multiple veterinary hospitals and is now responsible for over 80 employees. Always on the go, she enjoys traveling, gardening, sailing and spending time with her two dogs Kelp and Barnacle and her two cats Nemo and Vinny.

Niki White, RVT
Niki has worked at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care for 4 years. A 2006 graduate from Western Career College, she has recently received her credentials as a Registered Veterinary Technician. Niki's particular interest in veterinary medicine includes canine rehabilitation and horse medicine. Niki currently lives in Pleasanton with her dog, Rico.
