August Employee of the Month: Patti Kennedy

We are excited to announce Patti Kennedy as BRVC's August Employee of the Month.  Before Patti started working at BRVC she brought her own animals here as a client.  She loved the personal care that she and her pets received; she knew that she wanted to join the family!  Patti celebrated her 9 year anniversary with the BRVC family this past May.  In this time, Patti has helped build the foundation for our Customer Service department.  As a Customer Service Representative, Patti has made a powerful impact on her fellow coworkers as well as our clients.  She has been a dedicated trainer for our new employees, helping them excel with confidence and efficiency.  When asked what her favorite part about working at BRVC is, she said that she loves being able to interact with both her coworkers and clients.  Patti has the most caring personality.  She always goes above and beyond, and truly is the definition of a team player!

Patti was born and raised in San Francisco, California.  Her parents emigrated from Ireland and her Irish roots are near and dear to her heart.  You can truly tell that she inherited the gift of gab!  That gift comes in handy when she's talking to clients!  A fun fact about Patti is that her father's name was John F. Kennedy, you know like that famous president of ours!

Decorating her house, gardening, crafting, reading, and cooking are just some of the activities she likes to do when she isn't working.  She also loves spending time with her animals.  Her household is full with Porter the 12 year old black Labrador, Merlot the 4 year old German Shepherd, Brandy the 7 year old tripos Terrier/Chihuahua mix, and Ruby her 17 year old Calico cat!  Being with them gives her the greatest gift of happiness.

Patti is such an important part of the BRVC family and we couldn't be more proud to announce her as Employee of the Month for August!  Congratulations Patti and a huge THANK YOU for all that you do here day in and day out!
