Leadership, Care, and Heart — Celebrating Our March Employees of the Month

  Every day at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, our team shows up with dedication, compassion, and a commitment to making every pet’s and client’s experience a positive one. This March, we’re excited to recognize two exceptional team members whose energy, heart, and leadership make a meaningful difference across our hospital: Charlotte from our Treatment team and Cheri from our CSR team.

  Charlotte joined the BRVC family in September 2025 and has quickly become a central part of our Treatment team as the department Supervisor. She approaches every day with enthusiasm, care, and a thoughtful perspective—leading her team with a focus on support, collaboration, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Whether she’s guiding colleagues, helping solve challenges, or finding ways to improve processes, Charlotte’s goal is always the same: ensuring pets receive the best care possible while team members feel confident and empowered.

When asked what she looks forward to most each day, Charlotte shared:
"I look forward to working closely with the team, helping boost team morale, and creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone."

  Charlotte’s leadership goes beyond schedules and meetings—she brings energy, encouragement, and a sense of calm to every shift. Her dedication helps the team work together seamlessly, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for pets and clients alike. Whether it’s celebrating small wins, supporting colleagues through busy days, or making sure every patient feels cared for, Charlotte’s presence makes a real difference at BRVC.

  Cheri has been a valued member of the BRVC family since May 2005, bringing over two decades of experience, knowledge, and heart to our hospital. As a Client Service Representative, she plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client and patient.

When asked what she looks forward to most each day, Cheri shared:
"Seeing familiar faces and chatting with clients who have been coming to BRVC for years. Forming connections with new clients and welcoming them to BRVC. Delivering excellent client services to set the tone for visits."

  Cheri’s experience, reliability, and warmth help every client feel supported and every team member feel confident. From connecting with long-time clients to welcoming new faces, her presence ensures that every visit reflects the care and professionalism BRVC is known for.
