From Care to Collaboration — Honoring Our October Employees of the Month

Every day at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, our team members do more than provide care—they make meaningful connections with pets, clients, and each other. This October, we’re proud to highlight Dr. Vasilyeva and Brannan, whose dedication and energy leave a lasting impression throughout our hospital.
 

Dr. Vasilyeva has been part of the BRVC family for seven months, quickly becoming a valued member of our DVM team. Her focus is on helping pets and their owners, providing compassionate care, clear guidance, and support throughout every visit.
 

The part of her day that excites Dr. Vasilyeva the most is being part of a team that makes a difference. She shared:

Her enthusiasm, empathy, and collaborative spirit shine in every interaction—whether comforting a nervous patient, guiding an owner through treatment options, or supporting her colleagues. Even in her first months at BRVC, Dr. Vasilyeva has already made a meaningful impact on our hospital, patients, and clients.
 

Brannan has been with BRVC for a year and a half and has quickly become an essential part of our Boarding department. In her role, she ensures the well-being and happiness of pets in boarding by providing daily care, exercise, and administering medications or vaccines as needed. She also assists with grooming services such as bath and nail trim.
 

Beyond her direct care for pets, Brannan supports many of the operational duties related to boarding—managing reservations, following up on vaccine requirements, and ensuring all pets meet health standards. She frequently lends a hand to the front desk team as well, answering phones, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and processing prescription pick-ups. Her versatility and reliability help keep operations running smoothly and ensure every client and patient has a positive experience.
 

When asked what she looks forward to most at work, Brannan shared:
“What motivates me to come to work each day is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the pets we care for and the people who love them. I truly enjoy being part of a compassionate, dedicated team, and I'm inspired by the energy and trust our clients place in us. Every day brings something new, and I appreciate the constant opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge myself—not just as an employee, but as an individual. It’s incredibly rewarding to work in an environment where I can continue developing both professionally and personally while doing something I’m passionate about.”
