At Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, every member of our team plays a vital role in creating a compassionate, smooth, and effective care experience for our patients and clients. This August, we’re excited to honor two outstanding team members whose dedication and versatility shine through in everything they do: Veronica from our Treatment team and Lydia from Client Services.
Veronica will be celebrating nearly five years with BRVC this fall, and in that time, she has become a cornerstone of our Boarding team while continuously expanding her impact across departments. Whether supporting Client Services, assisting with outpatient appointments, or lending a hand to our Exam Room Assistants and Treatment colleagues, Veronica embraces every challenge with enthusiasm and grace.
Her daily responsibilities are as varied as they are essential—from setting up and supporting the procedure team, admitting pets for drop-offs, patient exams, and boarding, to caring for our boarding guests through walks, feeding, medication administration, and medical treatments. Something Veronica looks forward to most each day is “seeing some of my favorite peers and pets,” and that joy is reflected in the positive energy she brings to every shift.
The teams who work alongside Veronica recognize her steady growth in knowledge and skills, flexibility in supporting departments across the hospital, willingness to learn, and steadfast positivity—even when faced with challenges. She’s a true team player—someone the entire hospital relies on, and our patients look forward to seeing.
Lydia joined BRVC in early 2023 and has quickly become a familiar, dependable, and upbeat presence across multiple areas of the hospital. While her primary home is on our Client Services team, she’s also stepped up to help in Boarding, the Phone Room, and as an Exam Room Assistant—always ready to support wherever help is needed.
In her current role, Lydia keeps the front desk running smoothly with a positive, can-do attitude. She greets clients, manages appointments, supports the medical teams with recordkeeping, and keeps an eye on all the small details—like making sure the coffee bar is always stocked and welcoming. She shared that one of her favorite parts of the job is “seeing all of our cute furry patients that love to be loved!”
Lydia’s teammates recognize her as someone who consistently shows up with a positive attitude, follows through on her commitments, and brings warmth to every shift. She’s known for stepping up when help is needed, whether it's part of her role or not, and for creating a welcoming, supportive experience for both clients and coworkers.
Please join us in celebrating Veronica and Lydia—two team members who embody compassion, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond. We’re lucky to have you both as part of the BRVC family!
