Exemplifying Excellence: Julez & Rina, BRVC’s January Employees of the Month

  At Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our clients and their beloved pets. But behind every great interaction is a dedicated team of staff members who go above and beyond every day. This month, we are excited to recognize two outstanding individuals who have truly made a difference at BRVC: Julez, one of our Client Service Representatives, and Rina, our Treatment Supervisor.
 

  Julez became a part of the BRVC family in September 2024, and since then, he has quickly established himself as a friendly, welcoming face for our clients. As a Client Service Representative, Julez plays a crucial role in making sure every client feels at ease as they enter and leave our hospital. His responsibilities include greeting clients, checking them in and out of appointments, ensuring they have everything they need for their pet’s care after their visit, and answering any questions they may have.
 

  What truly sets Julez apart is his genuine care for the people and pets we serve. Whether it's a routine visit or a more challenging situation, Julez approaches every client with kindness and compassion. His ability to offer a listening ear, provide clear information, and help clients navigate difficult moments makes him an invaluable part of our team. Julez has a natural way of putting people at ease, which helps foster trust and reassurance during sometimes stressful visits.
 

  When asked what he looks forward to most about coming to work, Julez shared, "Being able to help clients, especially those who aren’t at our hospital for a simple annual exam or vaccine update. Providing support for clients, even if just through a simple and kind interaction, as they deal with difficulties with their pets." His dedication to offering comfort and support in those more challenging moments is a reflection of his deep commitment to both our clients and their pets.
 

  Although Rina joined the BRVC family just a few months ago in October, her impact has been immeasurable. As a new addition to our Leadership team, Rina has wasted no time in building strong relationships with staff across all departments. In her short time with us, she has taken the initiative to immerse herself in various aspects of our practice, learning the ins and outs of everything from Boarding and Pharmacy to Outpatient and Client Services. This hands-on approach has allowed her to provide valuable support to her team members and gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of BRVC.  Rina oversees the Treatment Team’s operations and her ability to offer mentorship, guidance, and support to her team is a key part of what makes her an invaluable asset to BRVC.
 

  When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Rina shared, "I look forward to seeing my colleagues and the pets, of course. I enjoy the culture and the support that everyone gives each other!" Her positive attitude and dedication to both the team and the patients are a true reflection of her leadership.
 

  Rina and Julez are shining examples of the passion, dedication, and teamwork that make Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center such a special place. Their hard work and commitment do not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact they’ve made on our team, our clients, and the pets we care for.  Rina’s leadership, support, and unwavering dedication to process improvement are already making a lasting difference in our treatment team, while Julez’s kindness and compassion create a welcoming environment that puts our clients at ease during some of their most challenging moments.
 

  Both of these outstanding individuals were nominated by their peers, which speaks volumes about the respect they’ve earned in such a short amount of time. At BRVC, we believe that our people are the heart of what we do, and Rina and Julez truly exemplify the spirit of care and collaboration that we strive for each day.
