Experience, Dedication, and the Drive to Learn — Honoring Our November Employees of the Month

At Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center, every member of our team plays a vital role in providing compassionate, thoughtful care. This November, we’re proud to celebrate two team members whose dedication and enthusiasm leave a lasting mark on our hospital: Carlos from our Treatment team and Darian from our Exam Room Assistant and Outpatient Services teams. Their work is a daily reminder of the heart and skill that make BRVC exceptional.
 

Carlos has been part of the BRVC family for an incredible 22 years, building a reputation as a trusted, steady presence across multiple areas—including Boarding, Outpatient Services, Exam Room Assistance, Patient Care, and Urgent Care. As part of our Treatment team, he provides hands-on patient care, assists with procedures and ultrasounds, and supports our doctors to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every patient receives excellent care.
 

When asked what motivates him each day, Carlos shared:

"I look forward to making sure every pet gets exactly what they need and the best experience possible while they’re with us.”
 

Time and again, Carlos demonstrates why he’s such a valued team member. His experience, calm presence, and genuine commitment to pets and people alike make a real difference every day. Those who know him well appreciate his thoughtful approach, steady guidance, and the way he quietly raises the bar for excellence at BRVC.
 

Darian joined BRVC in August 2024 and has quickly made his mark through flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to grow. He supports our Exam Room Assistant and Outpatient Services teams, helping with appointments, patient handling, and supporting the Treatment team whenever needed.
 

No two days are the same for Darian—whether he’s rooming clients, assisting in Treatment, helping with boarding walks, or supporting the hospital with tasks like restocking and laundry. He’s currently expanding his skillset through training in outpatient services, focusing on patient handling and hands-on patient care skills.
 

As Darian shared:

"Something I look forward to when coming to work is practicing new skills like blood draws.”
 

It’s clear that Darian’s curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn are contagious. He strengthens our team not only through the tasks he completes, but by inspiring others with his drive to grow and contribute. His presence fosters the supportive, collaborative environment that makes BRVC feel like a second home for both staff and patients.
