Pharmacy Autoship Subscription Services

We are thrilled to introduce a new service that offers our clients a convenient and cost-effective solution for refilling their pets' medications. This service is designed for pet owners who frequently need medication refills, providing an economical option compared to the substantial expense of securing a six-month or twelve-month supply.

What is Autoship?
Autoship is a convenient service Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care provides that schedules regular deliveries of your routinely purchased preventatives. If you hold a valid prescription or have refills available, you can establish an Autoship for your pet's prescription medications.

How do you initiate an Autoship?
Kick off your Autoship Subscription by emailing "Start autoship" to rxrefills@webvets.com. Our team will then contact you to confirm the details regarding your pet(s) and the specific medication(s) needed. We'll assist you in setting up your initial start date and determining the frequency of your deliveries.

What if my refills have run out?
Should your pet be overdue for an annual check-up with one of our DVMs, or if your prescription refills are nearing expiration, a team member will get in touch to guide you through the necessary procedures before processing your order. We will reach out if we require any additional information from you.

How do I discontinue my Autoship?
To halt a prescription or cancel your Autoship plan entirely, email rxrefills@webvets.com with the subject "Cancel This Autoship." This action will stop all future dispatches associated with your Autoship order.

Is there a charge for this service?
This service is offered without any additional fees. You have the flexibility to cancel or resume the service at your convenience.

What are the shipping charges?
All orders are shipped free of charge via USPS ground delivery, and each package will include a tracking number upon dispatch.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
There is no need for a signature. If you're absent, the delivery person will leave your package at your door, in your mailbox, or with your building's doorman.

What if my package is lost?
All items purchased from Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center & Urgent Care are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

When will my payment be processed?
Your chosen payment method will be automatically billed when your Autoship order is scheduled. We ensure your order is ready for shipment within 48 hours of payment.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay. Please note that we are currently not accepting American Express.

How do I update my shipping address?
To modify your shipping address, contact us immediately after your Autoship charge is processed, specifying the new address you wish to use.
