​​​​​​​Zeus came in to see Dr. Weaver when his parents noticed that one of his eyes was slowly becoming hazy in color and the area was painful. Dr. Weaver examined him and discussed that with a situation such as this, an enucleation (removal of the eye) is the best way to move forward.

Dr. Hoff performed the enucleation surgery, with the assistance of Dr. Baine, and it went very smoothly. The eye was removed, and Zeus recovered quickly without any complications. His parents have informed us that he went back to his normal self almost right away. He just recently came in to have his sutures removed and was so happy to see Dr. Hoff again! Cheers to Dr. Hoff for giving Zeus and his family a happy ending!
